I know my mail
will come to as a surprise since you don't me and we have not had any previous
contact. Please, forgive me if I disturb your privacy.
The reason why I
have contacted you is to explain my plight to you as to know if you can help
me. My late father left some money for me before he died but Iam having problem
with the bank to get the money because of some agreement clause in the deposit
agreement.
As stipulated, I
have to be at least 25yrs before I will be allowed access to the money . At the
moment, I am 21yrs and I need that money to ensure that I continue my
education.
To this effect
the bank require that I present someone to stand as my GUARDIAN OR FOSTER
PARENT, who shall stand on my behalf to receive the money. This is the reason
why I have contacted you.
